Job Description :-

  • Responsible for Business Target achievement through assigned Banca partner’s branches.
  • Responsible for managing overall business for assigned area (4-5 branches) which involves business development, sales, relationship management, operational and training support, identifying new business opportunities and meeting overall target assigned on new business.
  • Responsible to establish productive, professional relationship with key personnel of assigned branches of partner’s branches.
  • Responsible for all operations, customer servicing and customer retention activities for the assigned branches of partner’s branches.
  • Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets along with assigned partner team.
  • Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority.
  • Responsible for compliant business practices and ensuring that employees of the partner comply with ethical business practices for Insurance sale.
  • Responsible to maintain high channel satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

Job Description :- 

  • Responsible for business target achievement through sale of life insurance products to customers of partner branches (4 – 7 branches depending on location).
  •  Responsible for branch activation & lead generator (LG) activation through regular engagement with partner branch staff.
  •  Conduct regular sales activities within branch and catchment areas to generate leads.
  •  Maintain discipline & rigor of daily sales activities – DSR & LMS input.
  • Ensure adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines. 
  •  Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business. 
  • Ensure timey resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
