With us you will be responsible for :-
Maintenance of books of accounts of the company – Monthly Provision of expenses made and Comparison of all Branches
Correct allocation of expenses and income among Distribution, Gold Loan & LAP
Made Ratio for Allocation of Expenses among Distribution and LAP
Payments – TAT of 5 days is observed stringently for Bill Payment Process
Proper MIS is maintained for Vendor and DSA payment DSA Payment with proper Supporting like Federal Credit manager PDD and Rate of DSA.
Admin and IT related Bills checked with Approval & Note to MD etc.
President Monthly Reimbursement and Travelling Payment of FNF Employees as per HR Recommendation and also Provide the detail of PT, PF and ESIC of FNF Employees
Payments such as relocation Expenses thorough check all the supporting provided and comply with HR Policy, Approval etc.
Online Utility payment to Avoid Late Fees Charges Sending Payment Confirmation Mail with UTR No.
Rent – Preparing Rent Annexure of HO Common & all Distribution Branches
Maintained and Updated regularly Rent MIS
Proper Booking on Allocation Basis among Distribution , LAP and Gold Loan
Bank Reconciliation – Daily Bank reconciliation of Various Accounts in Tally ERP Proper Filing of Bank reconciliation statement within first week of every month
Keeping Record of Bank Reconciliation in Hard Copy and Soft Copy Also
Cost-cutting Measures – Variance Analysis for Vendor Payment through month on month comparison is done before making any vendor payment.
Reason for undue changes in payments is analysed and clarification towards the same is taken from the respective department.
Online payment system Streamline in order to reduce the Cheque Courier Cost.
Statutory tax Compliances – Timely Payment of TDS related to all categories is done within time limit.
Filing Quarterly TDS Return with traces
Issuance of Form 16 & 16A to the vendor within due date.
Handling TDS Scrutiny.
